We are hiring in Franklin at Clovercroft, Walnut Grove, and Winstead Elementary Schools

Duties

What You’ll Do 

• Lead fun, engaging, hands-on activities 
• Supervise and support groups of up to 20 elementary-aged campers 
• Accompany campers on exciting field trips 
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive camp environment 
• Be a role model, mentor, and memory-maker 

 

Requirements

SACC workers must meet the following requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Satisfy a criminal background check
• 1 year of paid or volunteer child care experience

Schedule & Requirements 

Shifts:  6–8 hours per day between 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday–Friday 

Weekly Hours:  Must be available 30 hours per week minimum 

Time Off:  Up to 10 days off allowed between May 28 – July 31, 2026 

We are currently hiring across Williamson County for locations in Arrington, Brentwood, Fairview, Franklin, Nolensville, and Spring Hill.

Required Work Dates:  Must be available for camp prep days: May 22, 26, and 27, 2026
