To run the day to day operations of a Small Engine/Tool repair shop, overseeing two technicians.
Candidate will be responsible for checking in incoming tools for repair, helping customers over the phone and at the counter, calculating repair estimates and reaching out to customers for approval, placing parts orders and checking in said orders, filing warranty claims for reimbursement, and working with our vendors to ensure tools are repaired in a timely manner.
