The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and experienced in consultative sales, with a strong ability to guide customers through the flooring selection and purchasing process.

As such, you should be equally comfortable greeting customers in the showroom and promoting our store through your professional and personal networks. While you place a premium on the customer experience, you also don't hesitate to close when the time is right.
