This key leadership role is responsible for guiding prospective families through the admissions journey—from initial inquiry to successful integration into the school community—while also supporting retention and fostering lasting relationships.

Duties

The Director of Admissions is responsible for motivating team members and families to increase enrollment. They must be able to motivate their team members, set goals and assign duties as well as develop strategies to help students reach their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full admissions process from inquiry through enrollment and onboarding
  • Build meaningful relationships with prospective and current families, serving as a welcoming and trusted point of contact
  • Oversee and coordinate all admissions events, tours, and open houses
  • Collaborate with school leadership to promote Peachtree Academy and attract mission-aligned families
  • Utilize RenWeb to track inquiries, manage applications, and maintain accurate enrollment data
  • Recruit, evaluate, and enroll qualified students in alignment with school guidelines
  • Support student retention efforts by maintaining strong family engagement and satisfaction

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills

Easy to interact with during the admissions process

Great administrative skills to assist with processing applications

Able to interact easily with others and give tours of the campus

Attend events to aid in recruiting new students

Plan and implement admissions events

Work with a team of administrators to maximize enrollment

Nice To Haves

Excellent computer skills with Google Docs, Microsoft, Zoom, and spreadsheets

Powerpoint experience to build slide shows for presentations

About Peachtree Prep, our Early Childhood Division

The early childhood division of the school bases its academic program on a weekly unit of study for academic advancement. Teachers use lesson plans to guide the delivery of information and address individual issues of advanced skill levels or areas of improvement that are needed. Parents may supplement the curriculum by bringing in books, materials, or ideas related to the theme for the benefit of the class.
