Summary

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing interdisciplinary team. This unique role spans both clinical and educational settings, working directly with students in a microschool environment as well as providing diagnostic and therapeutic services in our clinic.

The ideal candidate is committed to neurodiversity-affirming practice, excited about collaborative work, and experienced or highly interested in pediatric care, including autism .

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic assessments
  • Develop individualized and evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide direct occupational therapy to pediatric clients and students
  • Implement neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based intervention practices
  • Support AAC users and alternative communication systems as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support communication across environments
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to program development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and regulatory standards
  • Support integration of communication goals within the microschool learning environment

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (accredited program)
  • 2-3 years experience in pediatrics
  • Active Tennessee state licensure
