Summary

Our preschool is looking for a full-time floater, flexible to step into any classroom, who can help enhance the learning environment for our children. This is a Christian preschool; therefore, you must be able to not only teach children basic learning skills,

but also teach them about God. This person must be well organized, be able to work in a very fast paced environment and have strong communication skills. Being able to quickly adapt to changing conditions in different classrooms and rapidly assessing the needs of children will be a necessary skill.

Duties

• Manage a busy classroom environment, and provide the structure and discipline required for successful learning for everyone in the classroom.
• Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and other supplementary assistance.
• Provide helpful feedback to parents and guardians on a regular or as needed basis.
• Address basic interpersonal skills, such as sharing, taking turns, and asking permission in the classroom.

Requirements

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

High School diploma
