The Nutrition Coordinator manages and oversees agency-wide nutrition services to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, compliant, and safe food service program across all MVCDC sites. This role ensures compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, CACFP regulations, DCY licensing standards, USDA requirements, local health department regulations, and MVCDC policies and procedures. The Nutrition Coordinator provides leadership, training, and technical assistance to nutrition staff while supporting child health, safety, and individualized dietary needs across the program.
