Duties

Our School Director will create a loving responsible culture making everyone feel safe, happy and comfortable.

• A good director manages a team of early childhood educators.
• Ensures that all pertinent information is present and accurate for state licensure.
• Creates and maintains clear and consistent communication.
• Ensures that the facility is safe and secure
• Manages hiring and orientation of new staff
• Helps out in every area of the school.
• Manages required training for all staff

Requirements

• A Director must have a minimum of three years experience working in licensed childcare.
• Three letters of reference.
• Be in good mental and physical health.
• Must be reliable, dependable and dedicated to the school.
• Must be kind and show grace to everyone while maintaining excellence.
• Is a creative rule follower

Nice To Haves

It would be nice if our new director has:

• A degree in early childhood education, psychology, or business.
• Experience as a director or assistant director.
• Experience in classroom management and design.
• Experience in time management and scheduling.
