Toddler Teacher in Goffstown, NH

Summary

Goffstown Creative Kids is looking to hire qualified Associate or Lead Toddler Teacher. We are looking for a dedicated individual with good work ethics and

who love teaching young children and making a difference in the life of a child.

Duties

       Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices

        Lead by example; encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching.

        Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive and emotional growth.

        Maintain frequent communications with parents through informal discussions, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences.

        Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.

        Ensure a healthy classroom environment - including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children.

        Maintain accurate records, forms and files.

       Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

The candidate needs to meet the following qualifications:

9 credits in ECE with 3 credits in Child growth & Development, or

3 credits in an education course with 1500 hours of work experience

and and plan to continue your ECE credits or successful completion of a 2-year

vocational course or have 18 credits to be considered for a Lead Teacher position.

The candidate will also need CPR & First Aid or willingness to obtain.
