Global Impact Education Services Inc. is seeking a passionate and experienced K–12 Lead Teacher to join our team at GECA (Global Elite Christian Academy). As a Christ-centered, community-focused private school, GECA serves students with a commitment to academic excellence, character development, and holistic education. The Lead Teacher will play a key role in instructional leadership, curriculum implementation, teacher mentoring, and student success across grade levels. We are looking for a dynamic educator who can foster a collaborative teaching environment and support our mission to empower youth through quality education in Clayton County, GA.
Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based, faith-integrated lessons.
Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment.
Assess student progress and differentiate instruction as needed.
Communicate regularly with parents and staff.
Model Christian values and support students' spiritual growth.
Participate in school events, devotions, and professional development.
Maintain accurate records in Gradelink and follow school policies.
A Four Year College Degree
Early Childhood preferable, but nor required.
