Duties
- Provide a fun space for children to learn, grow and explore
- Help children feel safe, secure, and encouraged
- Regular and open communication with parents/guardians
- Support and encourage fellow team members to create a positive atmosphere
Requirements
- Have a positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Be able to work Monday - Friday, flexible hours
- Have a passion for working with children
- Take CPR/AED training within the first 6 months
- Have the ability to assist with the implemented curriculum to foster the love of learning - the directors and/or other staff members will provide support with this while your knowledge grows
- Be able to pass background checks
- Be physically able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodations
- Act as a positive role model
