Summary
We are seeking a qualified teacher to work in our Three's classroom starting September 1, 2026, and the schedule is as follows: Monday- Thursday from 9:15 AM-1:45 PM and Fridays from 9:15 AM-2:00 PM. This role focuses on supporting early childhood development through play-based learning, structured activities, and positive guidance strategies that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Candidate will possess an understanding of early childhood development and implement a positive learning experiences and engagement.
Pay scale depends on education and experience.
The responsibilities are but not limited to setting up/cleaning the classroom (daily and annually); support children's development; create an age-appropriate emergent curriculum; assess children's progress; and work cohesively with co-teacher. One will also meet twice a year with families for conferences, fulfill 1% of their annual hours in Professional Development (PD), and meet weekly with colleagues (staff meeting) every Friday.

Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (ECE) or related field (preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
- Background check
- Prior experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to sit on floor and kneel
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
