Summary

Curious Rose Learning Center is a new preschool dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. We are looking for a passionate Bilingual Lead Teacher who is experienced in early childhood education and committed to high-quality care and learning.

Sign-on bonus after successful completion of 90-day probation period

Duties

• Create and implement weekly lesson plans aligned with GELDS (Georgia Early Learning and Development Standards)
• Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, language, and cognitive development
• Observe and document children’s developmental progress
• Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness according to licensing standards
• Follow all Bright from the Start / DECAL regulations and support Quality Rated standards
• Communicate professionally with parents and staff

Requirements

• Must pass DECAL Comprehensive Background Check
• Must complete Bright from the Start Health
