Preschool Teacher in Beaver Dam, WI

Summary

We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Preschool Teacher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to helping young learners grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

Duties

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with WMELS
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Encourage positive behavior and model strong interpersonal skills
• Observe and document student progress
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (Required)
• OR
• State teaching certification (Required if no Associate's Degree)
• Experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• CPR/First Aid certification
