Countryside Learning Center in Rosendale, WI (in between Fond du Lac and Oshkosh) is looking to hire a Twos teacher for their 2-3 room.

Countryside Learning Center is open 630am-530pm Monday-Friday besides major holidays.
Two-Three Room can have up to 12 children in the room with two teachers.
*Interacting with children at their level which can include; the floor, table, or outside.
*Lesson planning weekly for lead teachers (if co lead teachers can switch off if preferred), themes provided, out of classroom paid time for lesson planning.
*Assist children with their emotions when involving: sharing/ handling not getting their way.
*Work with a co-teacher if/ when needed. Working with a lead if only assistant certified.
*Follow a check list for daily items that need to be completed such as; wiping down the counter, and sanitizing toys, cleaning out the room.
*Keeping the environment safe and clear of hazards.
*Knowing whereabouts of all children within care.
*Other tasks if/when needed.
•Assistant or Lead teacher qualifications through Wisconsin Registry. (if do not have, will assist in getting it)
•CPR and First Aid (if do not have, will assist in getting it)
•Shaken Baby/ Abusive Head Trauma/ Mandated Reporter, SIDS training. (if do not have, will assist in getting it)
•Pass a Background Check
•Pass Finger Printing
•Able to get on the floor and interact with the children
•Willing to complete 25 hours of continuing education each year
•Previous Child care experience but will train the right one.
•Level 6 on the Wisconsin Registry but will assist the right person in getting to that level
