The Payroll/Benefits Clerk performs a variety of financial tasks, including managing and updating records, processing invoices, preparing and processing payroll, receivables, payables, and interacting with employees to resolve any problems. This individual will assist with the administration of all benefits including medical, dental, life, pension, and other ancillary benefits.. This individual ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
Part-time position of 29 hours per week.

Minimum of Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field required.
A minimum of three years of payroll processing experience required. Fund accounting experience preferred.
Proficient with payroll software. GMS accounting experience a plus.
One year experience in benefits administration preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good computer skills, with proficiency in Word and Excel.
