Duties

👶 What You’ll Do:

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom
• Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment

Requirements

✅ What You’ll Need:

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to meet Wisconsin childcare licensing requirements (or willing to obtain—we’ll help guide you)
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to complete)
