Calvary Chapel Christian Academy is seeking a loving, dependable, and strong Infant Lead Teacher to lead a classroom serving children ages 0–16 months. This position is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, structured, and developmentally appropriate environment where infants are cared for with excellence and consistency.

Lead the daily care and classroom routines for infants ages 0–16 months, including feeding, diapering, soothing, naptime supervision, transitions, and age-appropriate developmental activities.
Maintain a safe, calm, and organized classroom environment that supports infant growth and well-being.
Provide active supervision at all times and ensure children are cared for attentively and consistently throughout the day.
Support developmental learning through talking, singing, reading, sensory exploration, movement, and caregiver interaction.
Follow all health, safety, sanitation, bottle-labeling, diaper-changing, and classroom cleaning procedures consistently.
Sanitize toys, surfaces, and classroom materials regularly and help maintain an inspection-ready classroom.
Communicate professionally with families regarding each child’s daily care, routines, and well-being.
Support classroom systems, maintain accurate daily routines, and help ensure smooth classroom operation.
Model servant leadership, professionalism, and Christ-like care in all interactions with children, families, and coworkers.
Report to work on time, remain actively engaged throughout the workday, and follow academy procedures for attendance and communication.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience working with infants or young children preferred.
Ability to maintain a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
Ability to follow health, safety, sanitation, and feeding procedures with consistency and attention to detail.
Ability to lift infants, bend, kneel, sit on the floor, and remain active throughout the workday.
Strong reliability, attentiveness, patience, and professionalism.
Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with families, coworkers, and leadership.

Experience in an infant classroom setting
