Childcare Center Cook in Virginia Beach, VA

Summary

We are seeking an energetic person with a passion for feeding little tummies delicious meals! You will be responsible for, but not limited to preparing breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack.

You must be able to pass a background check and have or be able to pass the ServSafe certification class.

Duties

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and snack
• Maintain a clean kitchen
• Follow Health Department Guidelines
• Follow USDA and CACFP guidelines
• Create a menu in accordance with USDA
• Submit food orders to Sysco

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the state of Virginia.
• Background checks will be conducted prior to hire.
• Must have a Food Manager's certification.
