Summary

Amazing Childcare and Learning Academy is a structured early learning program focused on nurturing young children while preparing them for future academic success. Our Two-Year-Old Program builds early social, emotional, and learning skills through routine, play-based learning, and a state-approved curriculum.

We are seeking a warm, dependable, and professional teacher who enjoys working with toddlers and understands the importance of structure, consistency, and intentional teaching.

Duties

The teacher will:

• Implement a director-selected curriculum with fidelity
• Follow and maintain a structured daily schedule
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom
• Support children’s learning through intentional instruction
• Maintain classroom order and consistent routines
• Communicate professionally with families and leadership
• Complete required documentation and daily reports
• Work collaboratively with a teaching team

Requirements

Preferred candidates will:

• Have experience working with young children
• Be reliable and punctual
• Be open to coaching and feedback
• Follow policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional attitude
• Be organized and prepared
• Support the academy’s vision and standards

(ECE coursework or certification preferred but not required depending on position.)

Nice To Haves

•  Minimum of 3 years of professional child care experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
• High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
• A strong understanding of child development.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
•  Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must clear full background check and must pass health screening
