Summary

A Perfect Start Child Care Center Provides care for Infants,toddlers, preschoolers and school age. Our hours of operation are 7:00 A.M - 6:00 P.M, Monday through Friday. We are looking for nurturing and patient cook and staff member you will be responsible for all parts of meal preparation for the child care center.

Duties

• Responsible for preparing breakfast Lunch and snack for over a 100 students.
• Maintaining Kitchen sanitation safety standards, and ensuring that all work/ storage areas are clean, free of hazards, and properly arranged.
• Ensures compliance with all laws,rules,regulations, policies, and procedures as they relate to food service within a childcare center.
• Prepare and plating meals from scratch
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience with food preparation including cooking and plating meals
• The ability to carry out tasks quickly and competently
• Must be able pass background check and fingerprint scans
• Provide Health Assessment and TB test
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
• The ability to work a full shift,come to work on time.
• Maintain a punctual meal schedules
• The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation

Nice To Haves

• Experience with C.A.C.F.P program
• CPR/First Aid Certified - can be obtained upon employment
