Trinity Learning Center is hiring a Preschool Substitute Teacher in Knoxville, TN
Summary
Trinity Learning Center is seeking substitute teachers to fill in for staff during our 8:30-2:30 school day. We are looking for candidates who are patient and kind, with a passion for young children. This job offers flexible hours with a great work/life balance and a fun-loving, supportive team. Substitute positions often have the potential to lead to regular teaching positions.

Duties
- Provide a safe and loving environment for children.
- Implement prepared lesson plans
- Follow all TLC & DHS guidelines (training provided).
- Demonstrate creativity, when needed, to add developmentally appropriate activities
- Perform daily classroom cleaning duties
Requirements
- Enjoy working with children
- Comfortable assisting with bathroom routines, toilet training and diaper changes
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well with others
- Follow all Trinity & DHS policies
- Complete required online trainings prior to first day of work
- Complete continuing education as needed
- Pass background check and health screening
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a classroom setting
- Flexibility to work any day of the week, M-F
- Infant/Child CPR certified
