Child Care Teacher & Assistant Teacher - Norman - CDA Mentorship Program!

Summary

We are hiring teachers to work with several age groups. 

Would you like to get paid to play? We would love to meet you. We are seeking child care teachers who strive to be their best and love interacting with and teaching children. We will provide training if you have the desire to learn how to teach.

Duties

Our teachers: 

• Create a fun and safe learning environment
• Maintain the health and safety of all students
• Teach children skills and lesson designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
• Create a fun and safe learning environment
• Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
• Keep organized records
• Have fun!!

Requirements

• Must be passionate about working with children - they are our future!
• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields is preferred but we will train.
• Builds rapport with children
• Positive and patient attitude
• Criminal background check required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in child care is great, but we will train a motivated candidate that has the required skills.

We offer paid training, vacation, and education scholarship. Our salary scale varies according to credentials and PDL level and will be discussed during interviews, as well as scholarship opportunities.
