Lincoln Woodstock Community Child Care Center is looking to add another amazing teacher to our team. The Lincoln Woodstock Community Child Care center is known for providing quality early educational programming and child care for the last 30+ years. We believe that childhood should be a time of fun, warmth, security, exploring and discovery. Our purpose is to provide an atmosphere that encourages social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth for the whole child in a safe and welcoming environment.
We are searching for an energetic individual with a passion for teaching young children. The right person is a team player who holds good communication skills and knowledge of Play based learning.

Duties
- Coordinate and implement educational play based curriculum by developing classroom activities.
- Lead by example, encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching
- Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive and emotional growth.
- Maintain frequent communications with parents through informal discussions, program reports, and parent -teacher conferences.
- Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.
- Ensure a healthy classroom environment- including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records, forms, and files
- Maintain at least 18 hours of professional development.
- Ability to work effectively as a team
- Complete ASQ screenings with children, and share information with families
- Attend Center events such as fundraising events, open house, and staff meetings.
Requirements
Complete, Submit, and pass a NH Child Care Licensing Background Check
Qualify as an associate level teacher based on NH Child care Licensing Regulations
