Summary
The Lead Teacher is responsible for ensuring the care and education of a group of children as part of a teaching team. Assists with planning and implementation of the curriculm.
Duties
Maintain a safe and healthy environment. Develop and implement lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate for various age groups. Provide social and emotional development and provide positive guidance. Establish positive and productive relationships with families. Maintain a committment to professionalism. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other staff members.
Requirements
CDA, TCC, or Associates degree in early childhood related field of study. Satisfactory Criminal Records Check.
