Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Classroom Support: Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and managing classroom routines.
• Child Supervision: Provide active supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of all children during indoor and outdoor play, meals, and rest times.
• Engagement & Play: Get down on the floor to engage children in play-based, sensory-rich learning activities.
• Care & Hygiene: Assist with personal care needs, including diapering, toileting, and promoting good hygiene habits like handwashing.
• Environment Maintenance: Help keep the classroom organized, clean, and safe for all students.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience working with young children (1 year preferred).
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• A basic understanding of child development and positive behavior support strategies.
