What You’ll Do:

• Bring smiles and energy to different classrooms.
• Cover lunch and planning breaks and assist teachers.
• Play, engage, and help maintain a safe, clean environment.

What You Need:

• A passion for child development (1+ years experience preferred).
• High School Diploma/GED.
• A "can-do" attitude and the ability to adapt quickly.

Duties

• Support lead teachers by following daily routines and lesson plans.
• Supervise children to ensure safety and compliance with state regulations.
• Provide attentive care, including diapering, meal service, and activity facilitation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in a licensed childcare facility (preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work with varying age groups.

Nice To Haves

• Early Childhood courses as designated by State licensing requirements for assistant and lead teacher. Will provide if necessary.
