About Us:
Our child care center, located on the Magnolia Montessori For All campus, is a nurturing, Spanish-immersion community dedicated to supporting each child’s natural curiosity, independence, and love of learning. Our Infant classroom serves 8 children with a small adult-to-child ratio, guided by a Lead Guide and two additional Assistant Guides to ensure every child receives individualized attention and care.
We are proud to partner with Texas Rising Star, United Way of Greater Austin, and Any Baby Can—organizations that share our commitment to providing high-quality early learning experiences for every child and family.
We are seeking a warm, patient, and reliable Infant Assistant Teacher to join our Spanish-immersion team. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), passionate about early childhood education, and eager to create a joyful and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

About Our Montessori 0-3 Spanish Immersion Program at El Oso
Since 2015, our Montessori 0-3 program at El Oso has provided a nurturing and enriching environment where infants and toddlers can explore, learn, and grow through purposeful play and hands-on experiences. In our carefully designed spaces, children are encouraged to develop at their own pace, building independence, confidence, and a love of learning.
In addition to the Montessori approach, we offer a full Spanish immersion experience. From the earliest stages, children are exposed to Spanish in an engaging, natural, and joyful way. Through songs, stories, daily routines, and interactive activities, they begin to develop language skills and cultural awareness that will stay with them for life.
We are proud partners with Workforce Solutions and the United Way of Greater Austin/Shared Services Alliance to bring the Montessori approach to all families. These partnerships allow us to offer high-quality education and support to children and families in our community.
Our team of trained Montessori educators and fluent Spanish speakers is dedicated to supporting each child’s cognitive, emotional, and social development. We believe that fostering a bilingual environment from a young age enhances brain development and prepares children to become global citizens.
Join us at El Oso and help create a foundation for your child’s lifelong love of learning, discovery, and multilingualism in a warm, nurturing Montessori setting.
