Up to 25 to 40 hours available (part time or full time)

Duties

• Providing a pleasant, safe, and sanitary environment.
• Communicating with parents and providing updates on children's progress.
• Providing basic care for children which includes feeding, grooming, changing diapers, toilet training.
• Developing age-appropriate socialization skills in children.
• Encouraging positive behavior
• Creating and implementing weekly lesson plans

Requirements

-High school diploma or GED

Trainings required:

-CPR/First aid Certified

-Must undergo a background check/fingerprint screening

-Abusive head trauma & SIDS training

-Intro to Childcare and skills and strategies book courses

-Mandated Reporter

-Health report

Coming with the above trainings and certifications is preferred, but will train the right candidate.
