We’re seeking a vibrant, reliable, and mission-aligned Afterschool Coordinator to lead our program for children ages 2–10. This individual will manage daily operations of the afterschool program, ensuring a fun, safe, and engaging space where students thrive and families feel supported.
Program Leadership & Student Engagement

Team Collaboration
High School Diploma or GED (minimum); Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Education, Child Development, or related field preferred.
Must meet Georgia Bright from the Start requirements for Group Leader or higher.
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare or afterschool program.
CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for early childhood education and student success.
Physically able to lift 40 lbs, engage in outdoor play, and move freely throughout the classroom and playground.
Montessori or Reggio Emilia experience.
Fluent in Spanish.
Familiarity with Brightwheel or other early childhood software.
Experience coordinating events, clubs, or community projects.
