Summary
Do you love babies and toddlers!? We are looking for someone to join our infant/toddler team.
We are currently looking for teachers who have experience working in the child care setting, however we would consider someone looking to change careers and begin their early childhood education career!
Experience with responsive caregiving is a plus.
Common Ground has been providing quality care and education in Reston for over 50 years.
Common Ground believes in fair wages! The position starts at $17 per hour and goes up to $25 based on education and experience.
The shift is a closing shift from 10am to 6pm with a 30 minute paid break!

Duties
Care and education of children ages 6 weeks to 18 months in our infant program or 24 months to 3.5 years old in our
This position will serve the infant room which requires the ability to be a member of a team who is focused on individualized care.
Our center practices responsive caregiving.
Hours for this position will be 10am until 6pm Monday through Friday with a 30 minute paid break.
