Duties
🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Lead your classroom with energy, love, and structure
- Plan & implement engaging curriculum that sparks curiosity and supports kindergarten readiness
- Ensure students are hitting age-appropriate milestones through intentional play, learning centers, and hands-on activities
- Create a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels seen, safe, and inspired
- Track student progress and communicate regularly with families
- Collaborate with your team to maintain licensing standards, classroom management, and enrichment experiences
Requirements

📚 Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years in a licensed preschool setting preferred
- CDA, Associate’s, or higher in Early Childhood or a related field (or actively working toward it)
- Familiarity with developmental milestones and early literacy strategies
