Monday through Friday, 2 pm to 6 pm. With possibility of additional hours.
C ome laugh and play with us every afternoon with our school aged children in our after school program in Alexandria.

Duties
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in activities; manage cleanliness, maintenance, and availability of classroom materials.
- Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a safe and engaging learning environment
- Maintain frequent communications with parents through informal discussions.
- Encourage self-help and good hygiene through behavior modeling.
- Follow all center policies and state regulations.
- Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
High School Degree
Two years experience working with children in a group, school aged (Kindergarten to 3rd grades preferred)
Ability to pass background checks
Nice To Haves
Some college courses are required in Early Childhood Education - or Elementary Education.
