Summary

The position of Assistant Teacher includes assisting the Lead Teacher in fostering an environment to promote Learning By The Lakes Academy Inc’s core values of learning, passionate, creative, friendship and partnership; as well as the mission statement of Learning By The Lakes Academy Inc’s “to make learning creative, engaging and exciting for all children”. Lead teachers will prepare lesson plans that are engaging and interactive to the age group they are teaching.

• Be at least 16 years of age; and 
• Work with children only under the direct supervision and observation of a staff person who meets at least the minimum qualifications of an associate teacher.
