Afterschool Teacher

Summary

After school teacher will help with homework, work on weekly lesson plans to build math and reading skills, work on activities to build social and emotional skills, and interact with children, while keeping classroom clean, safe and organized. After school teacher will work primarily with Kindergarten-fifth grade. After school teacher will complete a background check and follow all GA and BFTS rules, regulations and guidelines as well.

Hours are from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Monday-Friday.

As a lead teacher a high school diploma or GED required. CDA and/or an associates degree or high in early childhood education is preferred.

CPR license is required and can be provided if you don't have one yet.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Salary: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
