As an Administrative Assistant & Preschool Classroom Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our preschool. You will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to our administrative team while being prepared to step into the classroom to assist our teachers with toddlers when necessary.


  • Maintain a professional appearance and model positive behaviors and attitude
  • Protect all confidential records, student information
  • Assisting teachers in creating a safe and nurturing environment for toddlers.
  • Participating in classroom activities, including reading, arts and crafts, and playtime.
  • Helping with diaper changes
  • Supervising and engaging with children during outdoor activities.
  • Supporting teachers in maintaining a clean and organized classroom.
  • Managing and organizing administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining files.
  • Assisting with the enrollment process, including paperwork, payments, and records.
  • Managing schedules and appointments for the administrative team.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and classroom materials.
  • Welcome Prospective customers and accompany them on tours
  • Maintain an organized work space
  • Maintain a filing system
  • Greet visitors and provided general support
  • Participate in mandatory professional developmental training required by licensing .
  • Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for office
  • Interpret administrative and operating policies and procedures for employees.
  • Arrange for employee training by scheduling training or organizing training material.


  • Prior administrative or office experience.
  • A passion for early childhood education and a love for working with toddlers.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Answer telephones to direct calls or provide information.
  • Order materials, supplies, or equipment.
  • Schedule operational activities.
  • Manage clerical or administrative activities.
  • Maintain records
  • Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance.
  • Read materials to determine needed actions.
  • File documents or records.
  • Greet customers, patrons, or visitors.
  • Record information from meetings or other formal proceedings.
  • Confer with coworkers to coordinate work activities.
  • Develop organizational policies or programs.
  • Manage clerical or administrative activities.
  • Explain regulations, policies, or procedures.
  • Assist in classroom when needed

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Experience working in a preschool or childcare setting.
  • Familiarity with early childhood development principles.
