Summary

A Place to Grow at Harmony Place is a licensed family care provider set to expand operations and increase capacity in November. We are adding a strong teacher to our team who is also familiar with or willing to learn the administrative side of childcare business. This is an excellent opportunity to take your teaching skills to the next level and learn the business side with mentoring and support from our franchise owner.

A Place to Grow is situated on over acres on the Oster River and are partnered with Harmony Homes Assisted Living. There are opportunities to explore the woods, garden, go for nature walks, visit and interact with the facility residents and grow through experiential learning processes..


This is a full time position with potential options for affordable onsite housing. This is a perfect opportunity for a young adult or couple to secure stable and affordable housing and take your career to the next level with management level experience.

Duties

Our educators have the incredible opportunity to work with all students across the school, as this is a small family care environment with mixed ages. Teachers assist throughout the day including planning and executing activities, assisting in activities of daily living, and supporting business management practices. This is a great opportunity to grow in the early childhood education field and extend your journey as a teacher into management.

Requirements

Candidates must complete NH Health and Safety Training online

Fingerprinting and a Background check are required (company paid for)

Complete First Aid and CPR training (company paid for)

Nice To Haves

Candidates should have several years of early childhood education experience. Candidates with administrative experience and working knowledge of Procare are encouraged to apply.
