Infant, 2's, and Preschool teachers

Summary

The Goddard School in North Scottsdale is looking for happy, positive and highly motivated teachers to join our team.

Duties

• ​Establish and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment     
• Ensure that children are always within state ratio requirements
• Advance children’s physical and intellectual competence
• Provide a variety of developmentally appropriate activities
• Interact with the children to support play, exploration and learning
• Establish positive and effective family relations
• Perform some cleaning responsibilities

       

Requirements

• Personal qualities: Energetic, positive, reliable, hardworking, caring, dependable and punctual
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to young children, teachers and parents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all times;
• The ability to change children’s diapers and/or assist in toileting (where necessary)
• Full & Part Time available

Nice To Haves

• 6 months experience in childcare, teaching or other related fields (desired)
• Degree in Early Childhood Development (desired)
• Current TB within the last 6 months
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Fingerprint Clearance card
• Floater hours 9-2 Monday through Friday
