Bus Driver - Afternoons Only

Summary

We are looking for a caring and responsible Bus Driver to join our team. As a Bus Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and secure transportation of children to our child care center. If you have a passion for children's safety and well-being, we want to hear from you!

Duties

• Pick up students at Bedford area schools & drop off at the New Morning Schools location
• Ensure all bus passengers are safely seated
• Observe speed limits and obey road signs
• Help children get on and off the bus safely
• Perform simple vehicle maintenance, such as filling gas tank, cleaning exterior and interior, taking vehicle for oil changes or state inspections, etc.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children.
• Ability to prioritize safety and maintain a calm and nurturing atmosphere on the bus.
• Afternoon shifts only
• Knowledge of child safety seat requirements and ability to ensure proper usage.
• No special endorsements needed on your license.
