The person selected to this position must be experienced with young children and have an understanding of their developmental needs. This person must be a sensitive and mature individual who is able to relate well to children and adults. Preference will be given to the candidate with formal training in early childhood development and experience in a child care setting.
DHS required continuing education hours are compulsory for this job. Must have 3 written references, proof of education, pass a back ground check and be dependable. Attendance is very important to this job.
