Summary
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with young children, strong communication skills, and a love for learning. As a Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in your care.
Duties
- Create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum for young children
- Observe and assess children's behavior and developmental progress, and communicate this information to parents and other staff members as needed
- Foster positive relationships with children and their families, and maintain open communication with parents and caregivers
- Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pass a background screening
- Experience in a childcare setting
- Have a positive and reliable work ethic
- Be able to work a flexible schedule
- Have a PASSION for working with children
- Have a good and positive attitude
