Our Teacher Assistants work with our Lead Teachers and the Site Coordinators by creating a safe environment and leading children in daily activities. Teachers Assistants must be able to communicate, listen and work well with others in a team environment. Assist and lead a quality educational program by developing positive relationships with the children and their parents. Teacher Assistants are responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate activities based on children's interests and needs under the direction of the Teacher and the Director.

Occasional Requirements: Reach with hands and arms overhead, above shoulder and horizontally; lift/move up to 40 pounds.
Visual Requirements: Close, color, peripheral, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
Hearing/Speaking Requirements: Adequate to exchange information.
Employment Terms: Nine (9) month classified hourly contract in a school setting
