At Sprout, we believe in educating the whole child. We have invested in daily Specialists that come into each classroom to

teach Art/Music, Creative Movement and Early Language Arts Specialists. Weekly, we have Dance and Yoga teachers visit each week.

 

Duties

 

The staff member is responsible for implementing our fun Thematic

teaching. Teacher's must operate as a team player.

Preschoolers LOVE to sing and dance and move around. We are looking

for a fun loving individual to join our 3 year old classroom. You will be

supported by having three staff in the classroom for most of the

day.

Requirements

 Implement Sprout’s educational curriculum.

·        Lead by example; encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching.

·        Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children.

·        Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.

·        Ensure a healthy classroom environment – including maintaining appropriate hygiene and

cleanliness standards and safety and security of children.

 High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.

• A strong understanding of child development and social emotional development..
• Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.

* Must have a High School Diploma.

Nice To Haves

*Associate degree in early childhood development or 1 year experience teaching 3k or 4k in a group childcare setting.

*Conscious Discipline knowledge or training.
