Part-time Infant/Toddler Instructional Coach

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field highly is a must; At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required, experience working in an-accredited/or 3 STAR center strongly preferred
  • At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required

Salaried Position 2 year contract with United Way

Salary is based on Education and experience

Job Type: Part-time


Salary: From $22,000.00 per year



Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Madison, TN 37115: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Duties

As an Instructional Coach, you will:

  • Ensure implementation of King’s Daughters Child Development philosophy and foundational beliefs in all educational practices including curriculum, inclusive and anti-bias education, and instructional practices.
  • Provide resources, support, guidance, performance coaching, modeling, training, observation, and feedback to teachers.
  • Use education quality tools to assess program and curriculum implementation, developing improvement plans when needed.
  • Reports to Directly to the Associate Director/Executive Director
  • Works closely with the LOCC Coordinator
  • Attend all required meetings and trainings. Support King’s Daughters Events
