Be able to work with low-income families in providing services to Head Start children and families in the areas of Family Engagement, Social Services and Health. Applicant must be able to work with other agencies in the community. Door to Door recruitment for enrollment (knowledge of service area - is preferred). Maintain up-to-date files on approx. 34 Head Start families. Have basic computer skills. Be able to carry out multiple tasks within a set time frame. Available to travel.
Work schedule - 45 weeks (10 mo.) / 75 hrs. bi-weekly
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with 1 hr. lunch
High School Diploma or GED required: Associate Degree in Social Services or related field preferred. Willing to continue education. Must pass physical exam, TB screen, drug screen, and criminal/fingerprint background check. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver license, and vehicle insurance.
