Receive orders, generally in person, for repairs, rentals, and services. May describe available options, compute costs
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Wait on customers at rental/service counter
Answer rental and service related phone calls
Load/unload rental equipment and scaffold
Be able to use computers to look up parts breakdowns
Check in and put away parts in parts room.
Work collaboratively with managers, fellow sales personnel, and other company staff to promote and maintain company image to customers.
Drug testing prior to hire with random testing throughout employment
Regular plus overtime hours.
Qualifications to include but are not limited to:
-strong communication and organizational skills
-the ability to work well with others as part of a team
-attention to detail
-ability to multi-task
-strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
-the will and the drive to succeed
-Some responsibilities include but are not limited to the
following:
-Continuously seek to enhance selling skills and product
knowledge.
-Educate customers in product features and advantages and
provide personal hands-on service to promptly assist customers with any issues
that arise.
-Work collaboratively with sales managers, fellow sales
personnel, and other company staff to promote and maintain company image to
suppliers and customers alike.
-Process sales orders and provide direction and supervision for
picking, packing, and delivering the orders within defined timing and
scheduling.
