Maintenance Worker

Summary

The individual in this person will be expected to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements around the facility.

Duties

• Mowing the properties
• Weedwacking
• Shoveling
• Sweeping
• Pressure washing
• light carpentry such as fixing gates
• Janitorial needs such as plumbing
• General cleaning of buildings

Requirements

• Employees must have the equivalent of a highschool diploma.
• Must be able to use power tools
• Must be able to operate equipment such as lawn mowers, push mowers, weed wacker
• Ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

Two years of experience with maintenance, janitorial experience, and groundskeeping
