CAMP LOL, Director of After School Program. We are seeking an ideal individual with an Elementary Education background with skills to create developmentally appropriate curriculums, work collaboratively, and lead a group of educators. The Director of After after-school program needs to have the ability to organize and implement field trips, support the social-emotional needs of students, and supervise accordingly. This position will offer a full-time (32 hours) or part-time position to an energetic and dynamic individual who will best serve our after-school population.

* Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or Human Services preferred or
* Child Care Certificate (Career Ladder level III for Northern Lights) or
* 21 credits in Early Childhood Education
* Within one year of employment complete a 3 college credit course in managing an early care and education program that includes budgeting and financial management, approved by the division.
* minimum 2 year experience
* Understanding of the Vermont Early Learning Standards and the Vermont Child Care Licensing Regulations
