Summary
Hometown Children's Center is seeking qualified Child Care Teachers. If you enjoy working in a small childcare center and love reading stories, playing outside and being creative, this is the job for you.
Duties
Providing a pleasant, safe and clean environment.
Communicating with parents and providing updates daily.
Providing basic care for children which includes feeding, diaper changes and taking them to the bathroom.
Helping to develop social skills.
Encourage positive behavior.
Planning and implementing lesson plans.
Logging daily activities including daily activities, diapering and food intake.
Requirements
Experience is a plus but would prefer someone who is a Level 4 or higher on the Wisconsin Registry.
The applicants must have successfully completed "Intro to Child Care" and "Skills and Strategies of the Child Care Teacher", or any equivalent courses.
Must undergo a background/fingerprint check.
