Summary
We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals who enjoy working with children of all ages. Must have organizational skills and be able to provide a fun learning environment through hands on teaching experiences. No experience needed. Must be able to work flexible hours. A High School Diploma or GED is a must.
Duties
- Building responsive relationships with all children, families, and co-workers
- Planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans using approved school curriculums as required by Quality Rated Standards
- Ensure proper implementation of Bright From the Start policies and regulations
- Using a variety of approved methods and materials to engage students to reach all areas of growth and development including cognitive, physical, social, and emotional growth
- Diaper changing and toilet training when required
- Other duties as specified and directed
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- GED or High School Diploma
- Experience with children from 0-12 years of age.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Must submit to a criminal background check
Nice To Haves
CPR, First Aid, AED Certification.
